Psychometric tests are a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals' mental capabilities and behavioral style. Psychometric tests are designed to measure suitability for a job function based on the required personality characteristics and aptitude (or cognitive abilities).
While there are dozens of psychometric assessments that are highly effective and proven, choosing one of the most utilized of these is the easy part. The challenge is unpacking the assessment for the individual or team of individuals so that the feedback is not only understandable but is communicated in a way where engagement is embraced and learning is enhanced. There is nothing more painful to meet with potential clients who have dozens of pages of feedback but have not diagnosed the challenge area in the first place. We are experts at diagnosing, recommending the assessment and co-creating an action plan personalized for each person or team. That area of competency is a specific skill that requires many years of training. Learning Optimized has a team dedicated to this area with proven results.

Learning Optimized Speakers' Bureau is a collection of like-minded opti-learners, like ourselves, of diverse backgrounds who talk and share about subject matters they are most passionate about. They include motivational speakers, sports figures, conference facilitators, keynote speakers, educators, or simply people who have messages that uplift, inspire, and forward others.
Through our partnership with HRRiskAdvisors, we offer a 2-hour Sexual Harassment Training Module which not only complies with best practices but it initiates a culture change that will continue to improve your workplace. Our interactive model will provide your managers and employees with the knowledge of what constitutes unlawful harassment and discrimination, as well as how to prevent it. This skills-based training will document culture change and awareness through follow-up testing. Our training is aimed at using proven teaching methods and coaching to train supervisors to be more observant and aware; and giving them the tools to handle common workplace issues as they arise.
